Post Tales of Beedle the Bard
Did anyone take a look at what amazon.com would let the public see?

http://www.amazon.com/beedlebard

Amazon.com summarized the stories, and they don't sound too bad. Only catch is that the salesperson at amazon.com decided to write the summaries sycophantically: I almost gave up the third time they praised JKR's artwork ("look, she can draw a human heart! That's hard, drawing a human heart!" )

LoL, I did read the Amazon's page on the book, although I do admit, Jo's a better artist than I expected her to be -- but of course, she's no Raphael ;)

I'm a sucker for old-style, leather bound books though...I'd love to own a copy just for the looks alone! Yeah, I'm strange that way ;)

At FAP, on the R.U.I.N.S thread, that book has come up.We were talking about whether or not anyone ahd read it, and who had bought it. I didn't read it and I'm still not planning on buying it. R.U.I.N.S. seems to be one thread that will not die, bless their DH hating little hearts.

As I said there, I haven't bought it, but not over any issues with DH. I didn't buy those other two side things, either.

I gave up on Amazon's reviews when I realized they were letting people review books before they'd even read them. Breaking Dawn had about four hundred positive reviews before the piece of crap even was released. One of my Girl Scouts burned it in a bonfire at camp and everyone had a lot of fun. Reminded me of the DH uproar.
